Make The Best Brazilian Drinks...

· 1 lime, sliced into 8 pieces

· 2 teaspoons fine sugar

· 1/2 cup of ice cubes with water

· 2 to 2 1/2 ounces ZAzueira

 

In a glass gently mash lime wedges. Add sugar and muddle until dissolved into lime juice. Add ice. Pour ZAzueira, stir.

ZAzueira Caipirinha                             The one that made it famous

· ½ ounce triple sec

· ½ ounce fresh lime juice

· ½ once piňa colada mix

· 1 ½ ounces ZAzueira

 

Shake with ice.  Serve over ice in a rock glass.

Night Boat to Brazil                      Tropical refreshment

· 3/4 ounce chocolate syrup

· 3/4 ounce pineapple juice

· 1 1/2 ounce papaya juice

· 3/4 ounce cream

· 1 3/4  ounces ZAzueira

 

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and stain into a large highball glass. Fill with crushed ice, and serve.

· 1/2 ounce Cointreau / Patron Citronge

· 1/2 ounce coconut rum

· 1/2 ounce lemon juice

· 2 1/2 ounces ZAzueira

Orange & Coconut Cachaça Kicker         Ai Cuidado!

· 1 once orange juice

· 2 1/4 ounces mango juice

· 3/4 ounce ZAzueira

 

Place all ingredients into a blender.  Blend well, pour into a wine glass and serve.

 

Carneval

· 1/2 ounce triple sec

· 1/2 coconut rum

· 1/2 ounce lemon juice

· 1 1/2 ounces ZAzueira

 

Shake with ice.  Serve over ice in your favorite margarita glass.

· 1 ounce Rose’s Watermelon mix

· 1/2 lime juice

· 1 ounces ZAzueira

 

Shake with ice.  Serve in a shot glass.

Watermelon Surprise A smooth shot for the watermelon lover… Better designate a driver

· 1/2 ounce Kahlua

· 2 ounces mango juice

· 1 ounce Zazueira

· 10 small mango slices
